About the Property
Welcome to our peaceful Mediterranean home! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood where we’ve lived for over 30 years. Our home is conveniently situated just minutes from 5 local hospitals—making it ideal for medical professionals—as well as nearby wineries, shopping centers, restaurants, downtown, and highway access.

Occupants have full access to a well-equipped kitchen, a family room with a TV, and formal living and dining spaces. Outside, the serene backyard boasts a vibrant garden full of flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees, along with cozy sitting areas perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine after work.

The private 2nd-floor bedroom has a sizable closet, comes fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, two nightstands, a small desk, and a fan. Just steps away on the 2nd floor is a semi-private bathroom shared with only one other roommate.

House Policies & Expectations:

Cleanliness & Maintenance: Occupants maintain their own room weekly (vacuuming, dusting, washing linens). The shared bathroom is kept clean on a weekly rotating schedule between housemates. Both room and bath must be returned in their original clean, damage-free condition upon move-out to ensure a full deposit return.

Dining: Food is enjoyed at the shared dining tables downstairs (no food in bedrooms to keep spaces fresh).

Home Rules: No overnight guests, pets, heavy drinking, or smoking of any kind. We are a warm and friendly couple who wants to share our beautiful Mediterranean home.

About the Roommates:
We're easy to get along with, which is the reason that our guests come back numerous times. Many previous roommates were with us as long as 2 years.
