We are a warm and friendly couple who wants to share our beautiful Mediterranean home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We should know; we've been here over 30 years.
We're easy to get along with, which is the reason that our guests come back numerous times. They come for a few months, and several od them ended up staying with us for 2 years.
This Elegant room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, 2 side tables,, and a small desk, and a fan. Steps away is the semi-private bath (shared only with one roommate), both on the 2nd floor.
We have a well equipped kitchen, family room with tv, dining and living room, The serene backyard is boasting with a garden full of flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees, with areas to sit, and hang out with coffee or a glass of wine after a stressful workday.
WE ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO 5 HOSPITALS.
For recreational purposes we are: * minutes drive to the highway * a short drive to dozens of wineries * blocks to shopping centers * blocks to restaurants * minutes drive to downtown, and much more.
No overnight guests, pets, heavy drinking, or any kind of smoking allowed.
NO FOOD allowed in the bedrooms. Dining tables are at occupants' disposal.
~~ Each occupant must clean the bathroom on a weekly rotating basis. Ignoring this rule will result in cleaning services hired at occupant's expense.
*~* The bedroom must be cleaned by it's occupant once a week (vacuuming, dusting, washing sheets, towels etc.).
Upon completion of the rental term, both bedroom, and bath must be as clean as originally found and damage free, or time and money spent will be deducted from the deposit.
