I am a student at the Santa Rosa JC and I am looking for someone who may also be a student or young professional to room with. The apartment is a newly renovated 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Santa Rosa near the Lutheran Burbank Center and Sutter Hospital off of Mark West Spring. Rent is $2,400/month ($1,200 per room) plus utilities. Utilities are typically around $80/month. The apartment includes a laundry unit, dishwasher, AC, and small balcony.
