Private Room for Rent

Hello! I'm looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet female housemate to rent a private upstairs bedroom in our beautiful 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Windsor.

The room is furnished with a TV, nightstand, desk, chair, and a massage chair. The twin bed shown in the photos is NO longer there, as the previous housemate brought her own. If you don’t have bedroom furniture, we’re happy to provide a new bed for you. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can also remove the existing pieces.

You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other super friendly and respectful female roommate.

About the Home

There will be a total of six people living in the home, including you.

My husband, our 8-month-old son, and I live in the upstairs master bedroom.
My parents live downstairs and have their own living space.
Another female tenant lives upstairs and shares the bathroom with you.
We also have a very friendly and playful dog named Kira.

Your room has sound-resistant walls and door, which we upgraded before moving in to help create a quiet and comfortable environment.
