Looking for roomate

I am looking to rent the spare room in our rental house. It is a 3 bedroom house in Bridgewater near Duke Island Park. The upstairs is a studio apartment which is where I reside. The downstairs is 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and basement entrance. Basement has spare fridge, washer, dryer. I share this house with my mother. We are both English majors, so there are book shelves everywhere. She works out of state 3-4 days a week. I teach high school special education English and have regular hours. There is a back patio/gazebo, shed, and garage. Parking spot. Looking for 950 (800 rent plus 150 for 1/3 of the utilities). I can't cook so am never in the kitchen. I cannot show photos at this time because my current roommate is an absolute slob. I did not think it was necessary upon interview to ask if someone does their laundry or takes out their trash. I will steam clean, paint, beautify the room before anyone moves in. I am a fairly neat person and try to be as helpful as possible. The room can fit a twin bed and dressers or a full size bed but no dressers. There is plenty of storage room in the basement, the shed, and the garage. Hardwood floors, window, right next to the down stairs bathroom. I have a futon and plastic drawers if you need them.
