Your own way in a Co-Housing Environment
Whether you enjoy coming home to people that care about you, or you prefer to be anonymous, we offer a happy, friendly, clean and cooperative environment for you to thrive.
We've been SuperHosts in Airbnb for over 3 years. Most of our guests have been mid to long term (at least a month to several years). We also lead NJ's Ecovillage and Co-Housing Meetup.
We have two available spaces, currently.
My husband and I run a nonprofit focused on climate change.
One is a bedroom with 1.5 shared bathrooms with up to 3 others, and access to the rest of the house: kitchen, dining, living and TV room., laundry, porch, etc.
The other is a finished basement with private bath and kitchenette, and access to the rest of the house.
We are 7 minutes from each of routes 287 and 78 in central NJ. Just a 10 minute walk in the neighborhood, on sidewalks, gets you to stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking on the street..
