Room for Rent in Vallejo Apartment

Hello! My name is Jacob :)

I'm a 27 year old male, currently living alone in a 2 bedroom 1 Bath apartment in Vallejo CA, and looking for a roommate(s) to fill the unfurnished, vacant bedroom.

Rent, in total, every month is roughly $2500. Including Electrical, Water, WiFi, etc.
- For 1 person: we'd split rent in half, which would be around $1300.
- For 2 people: Around $860 a person.
(Of course, depending on how much electricity and water is used. So the exact amount would fluctuate every month)

How rent would be paid:
I would pay the full amount to the Complex's Office. Then, I'd do the math to determine what our shares are. You would then pay me the amount by Venmo, PayPal, or whatever method is most convenient for you

Deposit:
For Cleaning, Repairs, & Replacement
- For 1 person: $1000
- For 2 people: $1300 (in total, not per person)

Shared Areas:
- Kitchen, free to use
- Living Room & TV, free to use (unless discussed beforehand. Plans, friends, company, etc)
- Refrigerator, shared with me
- Apartment Washer & Dryer, free to use (is located right outside the vacated bedroom for easy access)
- Bathroom, free to use (also located next to the vacated room)

Parking:
The complex has reserved and unreserved parking. You would need to find an open, unreserved, spot whenever you park which usually isn't hard

WiFi:
I have fast internet and also Ethernet cables to provide if needed :)

The apartment is located right next to the freeway and many different kinds of shops within a short drive
