Looking for roommates

Large home no garage has a large backyard with a shed for storage small above ground pool concrete patio barbecue the house has full kitchen full bath full laundry the three rooms I'm renting two are small one is larger than the two all three share one bathroom the home has outdoor security system and cameras with one indoor camera that looks down the hallway towards the bedroom doors entry it does not see Living Spaces I'm not looking for any couples I don't want any pets or animals I already have two dogs please be respectful professional you will need to pass a background check show proof of employment and show proof of income the house is very chill the neighborhood is very calm neighbors are very respectful I want to maintain peace within the home no drama no parties no excessive guests no one staying the night the home is located right by the freeway right by little markets less than 5 minutes from major grocery clothing and drug stores the house has driveway parking one spot being reserved for me the other spot could be paid for or free for all other than that there's pretty easy street parking right in front of the home outdoor cameras capture most of the street and cars I respect your privacy I expect you to do the same I'm very chill person I work Monday through Friday my dogs are playful but I'm very protective of them and they are good guard dogs around the house if you are accepted and get the room I don't mind if you put your own lock on your own door to add peace of mind while you're at work plenty of cabinet space kitchen is furnished not updated
The house does not have central heating or air there are no vents or ventilation in the rooms or throughout the house there is a large window in each room it does get hot in the summer box fan or something recommended no swamp coolers no Central little heaters as they trip the breakers and run up the power bill
