$1037 And $700 Rooms In Vallejo

Great opportunity for someone who wants to get back to nature, but have amenities close at hand.
I have two rooms available.

I have one room available at $1037/month. This comes with a large, private bathroom and closet. Utilities are included except Cable/Internet (that's about $35/month).
The second room is smaller and with a full, but shared bathroom. It is $700/month. Unfortunately, the photos are not properly oriented and can't fix it on my end, so hopefully this will be fixed shortly by Spare Room.

Either room is ideal for a serious student or scholar. Also, excellent for someone who enjoys a quiet environment with a nature filled backyard. Someone into gardening would also do well here. I will be renting out the room taken first, and live in the other room. So, the total in the household will be four people.

Other details: must be okay with cats (I have one) and not allergic. If you have a cat, it's fine too. Groceries, gas station, restaurants and shopping are close by, as are highways.

Looking for non-smoking, non-vaping and someone who does not recreationally use drugs (store bought marijuana edibles are fine).
