Great opportunity for people who want to get back to nature but have amenities close at hand.
I have one room available in Vallejo.
The rooms is $700/month. This is with a shared bathroom for up to two other people (2 males). The room has a moderately sized closet.

The room is ideal for a serious student or scholar. Also, excellent for someone who enjoys a quiet environment with a nature filled backyard. Someone into gardening would also do well here.

Other details: must be okay with cats (I have two) and not allergic. If you have a cat, it's fine too; a small dog may be possible.

Looking for non-smoking, non-vaping and someone who does not recreationally use drugs (store bought marijuana edibles are fine).
Costs for paper products and dishwashing soap will be shared.
