About the house/rooms:
-8 mins away from Benicia,
-10 mins to the ferry,
-12-15 mins to Touro University
-25 mins away from Napa.
It is a 6 bedroom 2 story house with the master and 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms (the ones being rented out) downstairs.
-3 bathrooms in the house so sharing shouldn't be an issue.
-washer and dryers +wifi free of use.
-furnished with beds and closets
***Lower rooms (that we usually rent out to Males) are currently filled so right now we are looking strictly for a female roommate for an upstairs bedroom, that way it would be Mostly Females upstairs and Males downstairs.

About us:
We are an extended Family living in a 6 br house and looking to rent 2 of the downstairs rooms to different individuals. Even though the other residents are all related, we are all very private and so the house is usually quiet all week round. We are all professionals except for our youngest who still goes to highschool. We also have 2 toy dogs and 1 husky but they are usually confined to their own bedroom. They usually only come out for breakfast and dinner but are never left in the shared lower spaces. It is important to us that our renters and us make a good fit.

The roommates:
We don't have a strict preference but we would be more open to students and single professionals at this time. However, anyone is welcome as long as they match with our family's vibe. So expect a family-friendly place to stay that you can consider yours.

That said our only non-negotiable rule is that no sudden visitors or overnight visitors as we do have a minor in the house and we do not want random strangers in and out of the house. But of course, like all families, this could change over time depending on our tenant-roomies relationship. So if you are someone who constantly has friends or boyfriend/girlfriend over we might not be a good fit.
