Room For Rent In Spacious House

Hi there! Looking for a room to rent? I have the place for you.

A bit about the room:
The room is on the second floor facing the street and comes with off-street parking and an internet extender in case you prefer a wired connection. You'd be sharing the bathroom with one other person but we do have a half-bath on the first floor. 

The house is a 4bd 2 1/2 bath with upgraded appliances and laundry on-site. I'm the homeowner and live on the property so I'd be able to attend to any issue that comes up, if any. You'd of course have access to the common areas including the garage that we use as a home gym and back yard where we frequently grill. We also have patio furniture including a fire pit and a hammock out back.

We have an energetic puppy and timid cat so you'd have to be ok living with pets.

As for your housemates, we are 2 working professionals in our mid 20's working remote through the pandemic. We like to watch TV, work on our motorcycles, play soccer and cook. We keep it fairly tidy and have created a cleaning schedule to ensure a fair division of responsibility that has worked well. I'm happy to tell you more about us.
