We are a professional couple (early/mid-50s) offering a clean, comfortable, furnished bedroom in our well-kept East Vallejo home. Our neighborhood is made up of homeowners who know each other, look out for one another, and enjoy a safe, quiet environment with plenty of street parking.

Down-to-earth, respectful, and live a drama-free lifestyle.

No smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking in our home.

We keep things tidy, peaceful, and considerate—perfect for someone who values the same.

The Room & Amenities:

Fully furnished bedroom with full-size mattress, dressers, and closet space

All utilities included (water, gas, electric, internet, cable in the living room)

Kitchen privileges plus your own refrigerator

Shared bathroom that is always kept clean and uncluttered

Washer and dryer in the house

Pets: We have two cats and one small dog (a friendly Yorkie mix who doesn’t shed or bark excessively). The cats stay in their own room when we’re at work. We keep a very clean and fresh environment, so even if you’re not a “pet person,” you won’t feel overwhelmed.

What We’re Looking For: Someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing who appreciates a quiet, drama-free home. Whether you keep to yourself or enjoy an occasional chat, you’ll find this a comfortable and welcoming space to live.
