My teen daughter has recently decided to go live with her mother so I have decided to rent out the extra bedroom I now have. Living alone in California is no easy task so I’ve decided to consider a roommate. I’d prefer females mainly because of cleanliness, I’m a pretty clean dude and most males I know are not lol. That’s a problem for me. I don’t personally have a lot of company come over and would like someone similar. There are 2 balcony’s, the main one has a washer and dryer room that is connected to the front room that you will have access to. The other one is in my bedroom which will obviously be off limits lol. There’s plenty of parking right in front so no worries about that. This is a very chill quiet area located literally right down the street from the outlet stores, prime location. I have a very sweet jack Russel terrier so I also expect the person to be an animal person. Don’t like a ton of drinking especially in my home.
