We are a small family 26, and 25 with a child that goes to school and activities during the day and summer.
2 small SHITZUS they are kenneled during when we are not home. We have a big garage / lounge area Where we do projects, MOVIE NIGHTS with projector we spend most of our time gardening or working. The home is pretty unoccupied during the day. THERE IS AN APT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HOUSE THAT OCCUPIED ON THE PROPERTY

Renter needs to be responsible, Employed, clean up after themselves, dishes if you use them. Be able to pay $1100 rent by 1st of the month.
