My name is Monette. I have 2 fully furnished rooms in an 8 year old very modern 2-story 2,620 sq foot beautiful home in a very quiet & safe newer subdivision in Suisun City, 5-10 minute drive Travis Airbase, Solano Community College & various hospitals (i. e. Kaiser, Northbay Medical Center, Sutter Regional Medical Center, OLE Health, David Grant USAF, etc), Walmart & 10 various shopping centers. Centralized AC & centralized heater, convenient upstairs washer & dryer, high speed internet, street parking. Home has 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms & upstairs loft for relaxation. Bathroom is private but will be eventually shared with 1 roomie. However, there’s 1 full bath downstairs too. Rent is $1200 including all utilities, onsite laundry & driveway parking. Single occupancy only. Sorry, no pets allowed. We respect the privacy, peace & quiet enjoyment of our housemates. Cleanliness & harmonious living are important to us.
