Room for rent

Hey! Just wanted to share a little about the living situation 😊 it’s a couple (both working) so Monday through Thursday we’re mostly gone during the day, but we’re around more on the weekends. The bathroom will technically be shared, but we have our own master bath so we won’t really be using yours much.

We do have people over occasionally and we’re pretty friendly, but we prefer any hangouts to stay outside in the backyard. Your bedroom backs up to the yard, so feel free to use it anytime if we need to get to the backyard we will go through another gate . if you have any other questions or want any more pictures, let me know.

All we really ask is that you stay clean and pick up after yourself. The kitchen is yours to use and we can also split up fridge space. Just a heads up, there will be children in the home occasionally.
