The unfurnished master bedroom is available and features a private en-suite bathroom (shower only) along with generous closet space. Rent is $1,600/month and includes all utilities and high-speed internet. You’ll also have a dedicated parking space in the driveway and access to garage storage if needed.

If you prefer a bathtub, there is also a smaller bedroom available with its own private bathroom (with tub). Pricing for this option is negotiable.

A little about me: I’m a full time student and Veteran with a structured but relaxed lifestyle. I keep the home clean, peaceful, and drama-free, and I’m looking for someone who values a similar environment. My current roommate is relocating in December, which is why the room is becoming available.

The home is leased through Invitation Homes, so any new roommate will need to be added to the lease. This includes completing a standard application process with a credit/background check and approval through the property management company.

The home currently has three animals (One dog and 2 cats), so no additional pets are preferred.
