I'm offering a room in my five(5) bedrooms three(3) and baths house in Fairfield near TAFB. Courtesy access to kitchen, laundry room, and common areas. only for a single occupant, preferably female working professionals, clean and courteous.

The room contains a full-size daybed, a floor lamp, a dresser, and blackout curtains.

Rent includes utilities - water, gas, electricity, wifi, water softener, and trash.

No overnight guests without prior notification and no pets of any kind at all times.

Must pass a background check, provide proof of income, and pay $50 for application.

The house is tenant-occupied.

Strictly no smoking in or around the house, no recreational drug use, or heavy alcohol drinking. No overnight guests without prior 24hrs notification and no pets of any kind.
