Room is for 1 tenant only. Tenant will share common areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, and other shared spaces, with other tenants.

The ideal candidate has a full-time job with a daily commute. Unfortunately, working from home is currently not feasible in this situation. Additionally, the ideal candidate is responsible, organized, trustworthy, respectful, and consistently maintains cleanliness in shared spaces. The candidate must also be drama-free.

The homeowners are a married couple. The wife is employed as a district school teacher, and the husband is a real estate broker.

Smoking, drinking, and parties are strictly prohibited. No overnight guests allowed but guests are welcome until 9pm.

Basic Requirements:
1. Full-time employment is required.
2. Non-refundable credit and background check required ($45).
3. Must have a good to excellent credit history, no criminal, eviction, drug, or DUI history, and must be able to provide positive personal and professional references.

The monthly rent is $850 and includes utilities, internet/Wi-Fi, washer/dryer access, and driveway parking.

The move-in cost is $1700, which comprises the first month's rent ($850) and a security deposit ($850).
