Room for rent

I am friendly and professional. The residence is located two minutes away from the police station in a quiet neighborhood. A mandatory background check (zillow), and a credit check (zillow), will be required. No smoking, no pets, no loud noises, and no loud music. "Month-to-month" lease. Be professional and respectful. Rent will be due by the 5th of each month. Additional specifics, questions, comments, and concerns can be addressed prior to lease signage. The lease agreement will align with the California state law. Security cameras (RING) are on the property.1 room rental. The other occupants are two males (Ages 40 and 62), one woman (age 62), and one child (age 9). One Adult Male (40) and the child (9) will be moving out in August, 2024. The other adult male (62) and female (62) are rarely at the residence.
