This home is best suited for one quiet, respectful adult who is generally away during daytime hours. The home is not set up for remote work or business operations.

A personal refrigerator is provided in the bedroom for food storage. After each use, the kitchen and bathroom must be cleaned and left sanitary and orderly.

We live in the master bedroom and value a peaceful, tidy household.
