Hi me and my lady have an apartment we just moved into about 8 months ago its very nice everything new from the floor to bathroom kitchen stove and refrigerator, We got a 2 bedroom with plans for a office/ man cave but based on how much we work and my lady in school the room has been empty so we decided to rent it out, its only one bathroom but its nice size big living room and back yard is pretty big as well, me and my lady are very low key we dont have alot of people over we mainly just work and go to school were clean and we are quiet so were looking for someone of the same nature were not bossy and dont have any rules except lets keep the house clean thats really it, has washer and dryer on apartment complex as well also has a dish washer
