I have two available rooms in a 4bd/2ba large Victorian in Vallejo's beautiful and cozy heritage district--a great neighborhood where I've lived for 6 years.
Transit options such as ferry, park/ride, commuter shuttles, and busses to and from downtown SF all within 5 minute walking distance.
We are two working individuals who keep to themselves and each enjoys a certain level of peace and quiet at home.
I have a toy Pomeranian but not keen on any other pets. We each occasionally have guests but definitely not a party house.
Shared spaces include 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, small laundry room with washer and dryer, and large kitchen.
