Room For Rent

I am a very laid back easy going person, I don't party or have people over often besides my boyfriend, I'm really hoping to find a roommate who can also be a friend. I have two cats and a dog that I have shared custody of, all of them are very sweet. I do have family that come and stay at the house a few times a year, the house is rented from my dad and he does come every few months for a weekend to work on house projects.

The house is in a quite friendly neighborhood, fenced in back yard, private parking, fully furnished except for the bedroom I am renting out (you are more than welcome to bring any furniture you have or I have an air mattress you can use if you don't have any furniture at the moment), there are security cameras outside of the house for added protection and I do all of the yard work so you don't have to worry about that but if you are bringing a dog you will be responsible for cleaning up their poop.

1st, last and a damage deposit is required upon moving in.
