Nice room in a nice area

Hello, my spouse and I are renting out a room in a nice apartment complex after my grandmother moves out. The room is in a two bedroom apartment in a lovely complex that sits on just on the edge of fort mill and tega cay south carolina. The room you'll be renting is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and private walk in bathroom. We will be sharing kitchen, living room, and dining room space. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, full sink with garbage disposal, and full kitchen with oven/glass top stove. The apartment complex has a pool, business center, fitness center, and lounge which will be accessible once you are listed as a roommate on the lease. We are looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, a semi-social person so we can chat, of good morale character, and will promptly pay their share of the bills on time.
