Third floor of town home

Third Floor of a beautiful story town home in the safe and luxurious community of Tega Cay, SC. Furnished space including one bedroom, large living area, detached walk in closet, and roof top patio. Furnishings include King sized bed, couch, love seat, foot projection T.V., lake views, pool table, mini fridge, and arcade. My daughter and I occupy the second floor and equal access to the bottom floor containing a full kitchen, living room, and garage. I have two cats that are very friendly. Tenants bathroom is on the second floor immediately at the bottom of the stairs. Driveway parking included. . Neighborhood amenities are all lake side and within a minute walk and include: Lake Wylie and a small beach, Olympic sized pool with a bar, paved wooded walking trails, sand volleyball pit, grill area, small playground, and a large playground that is but a minute walk. The garage is mostly full but tenant is welcome to store lake equipment such as kayaks paddle boards etc…
