About me:
I am a 55 year old, single female I live in a two bedroom apartment and a nice/ quiet community with my little six-year-old “doggy baby”companion. His name is Meiko. I am a very quiet person. I enjoy music. I mind my own business. I am friendly and outgoing. I am very neat and tidy, and I expect together will keep our common areas, neat and tidy . I have been working as a salesforce business analyst for the past 14 years. I am the mother to three amazing adult children.

I’m looking for a mature professional who’s gainfully employed to occupy my 2nd bedroom. It’s a fully furnished bedroom ( currently there is a oversized chair & ottoman in the room, I will put a twin bed there if preferred) or you may rent space as is/ with office space if you are a WFH professional.

I am interested in renting this space for 6 months to 1 year to the right person. I will require a full security deposit of $1200. A complete background check , two references and proof of employment . The room is located within a nice apartment community. There is a clubhouse, swimming pool, a gym and yoga studio a conference room. The apartment comes with use of all amenities, Wi-Fi, utilities included, concierge trash removal, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. We would share living room/ dining room space as well as the balcony. You would have a full bathroom. I do have a medium size dog ( very friendly once he’s comfortable with you) no shedding. So, you cannot be afraid of dogs.

This unit is situated within a nice apartment community local to shopping dining I 75 North and South and minutes from Charlotte.
