Private & Peaceful room for rent in a Modern House

Looking for a peaceful and private place to live? Check out my room for rent in Enoree, just minutes away from I-26 and close to Fire department, downtown woodruff, Woodruff High school, & BMW Battery plant (new). We are looking for a roommate who is quiet and needing a peaceful room to live.

The furnished bedroom includes a private bathroom on the First floor, with shared access to the living room, kitchen, and the fenced backyard. Rent is all-inclusive, covering utilities (Electric, water, internet) and washer/dryer access as well as appliance access (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dish washer). You’ll be responsible for your own groceries and personal products.

I’m looking for a non-smoking, drug-free roommate who is serious about renting. Visitors are welcome with approval, but not allowed to stay overnight.

A Roomie’s ID, credit and background check, as well as a personal basic application, lease agreement and $750 refundable deposit (as long as you are good and not damage my property) is required. Wouldn’t you want to know who is staying in your house?

I live with my husband along with a medium size dog. We are in Late 20's and are easy going friendly people. We both work from home and usually very busy and quiet during work days. We sometimes on weekends have friends over, you are welcome to join us for drinks/games and fun.
