Boiling Springs- Master Suite to Rent $950/Month

Master suite for rent in Boiling Springs in a house very close to I-85 & I-26, USC-Upstate, and Spartanburg Community College. The room is furnished, but you can make it your own if you have some furniture or decorations. The bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. You will have access to the whole house, including the living room, kitchen, pantry, laundry, and media room. There is a garage as well. The backyard is fenced in with a small garden area if that interests you. There is a community pool you will have access to. Internet is included, but the utilities will be split between yourself, the other roommate, and me.

I am a respectful single male with two teenage daughters who occasionally visit and stay over. I am respectful, private, and have my own room on the ground floor of the house. I will be traveling a lot later in the year so may not be around much. I would like someone who will maintain their room and clean up after themselves if cooking or doing laundry. I do not party, smoke, do drugs, or like drama, so looking for roommates who feel the same way. I do have pets (1 dog and 2 cats), but would consider another pet or two if the size and breeds are not too large or aggressive.
