Furnished Bedroom available with attached full bathroom and walk in closet. Furniture includes bed, dresser, bedside table, and shower curtains. There is a shared livingroom, office area, and, kitchen free to use as well as a fenced in backyard with a firepit. In house washer and dryer as well as dishwashers. All residents are responsible for taking care of their mess and cleanliness. All utilities are taken care of and residence has 1 gb wifi. Currently live there by myself but my girlfriend who goes to college nearby will sometimes visit. In a small quiet neighborhood right off of the highway so it only takes 20 -30 mins to get to downtown Columbia. Trash comes every week and we are connected to the cities sewer system. Lawn care will be handled by the owner but residents are welcome to garden and grow plants in and outside the house. I do cook so there is an optional 50/50 grocery bill split if you'd like meals provided.
