This suite is in a home that is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Columbia & close to several hospitals, colleges, dining, & everyday essentials. Whether you’re in Columbia for a week travel assignment, a graduate program, a work relocation, or a longer term stay, this fully furnished home offers a comfortable, convenient place to call home. All utilities are included, with a month minimum lease & longer term options available.

The suite features a private ensuite bathroom, walkin closet, TV, blackout curtains, & a brand new queen mattress. The suite combines privacy with access to the home’s shared amenities, making it a comfortable home base for both midterm & longterm stays.

Tenants of the Carolina Blue Suite also have access to the home’s shared kitchen, washer & dryer, common living spaces, front porch, back patio, fenced backyard, & the upstairs shared flex roomoffice. The kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot & other everyday kitchen essentials. The shared flex room includes a futon that may be used for the occasional guest, depending on house rules & availability.

Utilities included: power, water, trash, internet, & maintenance. Parking options include shared garage, driveway, and street parking.

No smoking. No pets at this time.

Requirements: Applicants should generally meet the following:
Complete the rental application
Pass a background, credit, & rental history screening
Proof of income
No eviction filings within the past years
Valid government issued ID
Renters insurance required prior to move in

Applications are reviewed as a whole. Additional documentation may be requested, & some applicants may qualify with alternative income verification or other supporting info.
