Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Lofts in Columbia for the 2026–2027 lease term (August 2026–July 2027).

This is a 2 Bed / 1 Bath Classic floor plan in a student housing community just a 7-minute walk to the University of South Carolina campus — perfect location for USC students.
