Clemson student Roomate Wanted!

Hey! I’m Sorin Lopez, a Wildlife & Fisheries Biology major looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath duplex at 111-2 Clemson Street.

A little about me: I’m super artsy, bubbly, and definitely an extrovert. I like being social and would love a roommate who’s down to hang out sometimes: movie nights, art stuff, or just chilling, not just someone who stays in their room all the time. I’ll be a junior in Fall 2026, so I’d prefer no freshmen.

I’m a trans male and would prefer a female or non-binary roommate who’s LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful.

I also have a cat named Ravioli (he’s a silly guy) and an outdoor rabbit named Tuffles, so you’d need to be okay with animals.

The place:

- $600/month

- Move-in: July 26, 2026

- 2 bed / 2 bath duplex

- Common areas are furnished (you’d just need stuff for your own room, including a bed)

- Front + back porch

- Parking right in front of the house

- Super close to the Clemson Red Line bus stop

- Washer & dryer in unit + full kitchen

Utilities:

- I take care of electricity

- You’d handle water + WiFi

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful, and keeps shared spaces reasonably clean. If you’re into art or just want a chill, social living situation, we’ll probably get along great.
