Iso Roomates - Unfurnished Private Rooms

Hello! My name is Miranda Shirley, I’m a 21 yo. Elementary Ed Major at Newberry College. I’m looking for two roommates – preferably other female college students – to room with for a one-year lease in a 3-bed, 2-bath home, starting in mid-June.

I’m a night-owl, but relatively quiet for the most part. My main hobbies include drawing, playing video games, TTRPGs, voice acting, and I’ll definitely be cooking in the kitchen!

The home is located in the heart of Newberry, just a couple of minutes' drive away from the main street, Newberry College, and downtown.

The home has a washer-dryer, stovetop oven, microwave, full-size fridge, backyard parking, and a furnished dining and living room. It is a shared property and a quiet neighborhood, so you cannot be unreasonably loud.

Two selected roommates will be sharing the hallway bathroom. The bathroom and bedrooms are unfurnished, but both bedrooms are private, spacious, and include closets.

As per the lease, you may not smoke/vape on building grounds, and may not have pets.

A background and credit report are also required to apply for the lease through Zillow.

Rent is required to be collected a week before the first of the month. All rent will be collected via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.

Utilities will be divided in thirds between all three roommates. Utilities must be collected on the last day of the month via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.

Expectations are that you use your own household items unless otherwise discussed between roommates. Roommates will not wash each other's dishes, unless it was a dish borrowed with permission – Whoever used the dish washes it.
