Hi! I’m looking to rent out one of my two spare bedrooms in my two-story home located in Chapin, SC. This would be a short-term lease with very flexible terms, making it a great option for someone needing temporary housing.

My name is Alec, I’m 22 years old, and I currently live alone. I’m engaged and will be getting married in May 2026. Until then, I’m hoping to find a roommate to help with household expenses.

Pictures of both rooms are included here and it’d be totally up to you which one you use. Both rooms are currently unfurnished. The guest bathroom has a bath tub + shower.
