Hello! I have a private room at The Radley available NOW- July 24th ( you have the option to renew). It’s on the 3rd floor, $840/ month, typically $80 for water & electric.

The complex has a pool, tennis & volleyball court, computer lab, and gym. It is also gated! Its minutes from Food Lion, 5 Below, Starbucks & a neighborhood Walmart.

There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to USC, Allen, & Benedict. If you are interested reach out! The sublet process is super EASY! You apply & indicate that you’d be taking over my lease -> leasing approves-> pick up your keys & WELCOME HOME! I’ll even cover the $50 application fee.

You’d be living with a quiet female who keeps to herself.
