Come enjoy some quiet country living

The room is spacious, freshly painted, has a walk in closet and is on the far end of the house next to its own private bathroom. It’s unfurnished.

The property is on 1.25 acres of open land, and has a fire pit. The few neighbors we have are friendly and courteous. They mostly keep to themselves. It’s a very safe place. It’s only an hour away from Columbia and Charlotte.

The house is currently occupied by me, my husband Jonah, and our pets. We have 3 big dogs, a cat, and a lizard. I’m pregnant and expecting to give birth sometime in may or June.

Jonah and I are pretty friendly and easygoing. We like to binge watch shows and play video games. Jonah works 7-5 Monday through Friday, and I stay at home to take care of the house and pets.

The house itself has a fully functional kitchen which would be shared, and a common space that is also unfurnished. There is no traditional laundry facilities on site. But we do have a portable washer and dryer that works good. Just need to hang the clothes to dry. The house is great now, but it’ll be even better as it gets work done on it.
