First Floor Is Yours!

This is where I normally live when I live in Myrtle Beach. This is a three story townhouse. I allow one good tenant on each floor. There are three floors. The first floor, in my opinion, is best. You are right there at the kitchen and dining room. There is a very fancy lace privacy curtain that surrounds the round bed. You have a closet. You have the inch TV. You control the hours that the two other tenants from the second and third floors use the kitchen. You are the only one with your own private toilet and sink. This is my most popular room. The washer and dryer are outside on the deck. You only have to go upstairs to shower. There is a community pool just a few feet away. You are five blocks from the ocean. The townhouse is right off of Business and is within walking distance of nearly everything. You must phone me for an interview.
