Hello!, I have one bedroom for rent. It is a new construction house. It is me, my cat & 1 other roommate.. I'm pretty low key. I work, do online school & play pool. That's it. Lol. Rent is $750. Move in fee of $450. Includes: washer & dryer, water, internet, security (there's a security system installed) & electric up to $150 (any monthly amount in excess of $150 is split evenly amongst everyone). No pets, no party animals. Access to the entire house excluding master bedroom & garage. The house is in Loris, going towards Longs. 🙂 Would be available to move in December 1st.. No credit check. But would be doing a background check. You would need to sign either a 6 month lease or a 1 year lease. I would give a discount on the monthly for any lease in excess of 1 year.
