Is perfect for a single, working person (not big enough for couples) and can be moved into as soon as you like with a paid deposit. The bedroom has a closet. Plus, it' s directly next to your private bathroom.

The bedroom and bathroom spaces are your own private rooms, and the airbed, stand, and chair are included in the room rental. However, you will need your own sheets, blankets, towels, etc. Also, you are responsible for cleaning " your" two rooms and your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc., plus cleaning any mess or dirty pots/dishes you make in the kitchen or living room.

Living room is comfortable and has a home theater. Kitchen is functional and allows you to keep things cold, heat something in the microwave, or whip up a quick meal.

There is a private driveway where you can park a car or pickup truck, off-street (not big enough for trailers or larger vehicles).

The rent is $375, and includes water, electricity, and internet. However, there is no " board," or in other words you are responsible for your own food.

Finally, a deposit is required. The $750 deposit consists of the 1st month' s rent plus 1 month rent as security deposit. Only electronic payment methods are accepted, Zelle, CashApp or similar.
