ISO Third Roommate for Simpsonville Townhouse

Hello all! My name is Shantal, and my roommate Brittany and I are currently in search of a third roommate in a Townhouse located in Simpsonville. We (28f and 30f) are looking for a third roommate also female around our age, to move in with us by the end of July beginning of August. We live in a townhouse in a neighbourhood in Simpsonville. We offer a private room, unfurnished, a private bathroom, and a private linen closet, as well as shared spaces such as a kitchen, laundry room, and living room.

We do have cats, and ask that no other pets be introduced into the home. This can be up for discussion, however, the pet would need to stay in your room. (Sorry! Our cats are sensitive) The neighbourhood is quiet and clean. We're about 20 minutes from downtown Greenville if you need to commute, and if you work closer, we’re within an 8-minute drive to downtown Simpsonville as well as Fairview Road, where you can find fun stores and restaurants!

Rent is $660/ month will include all utilities, you would need to have first and last month at the beginning of the lease. Again, the room is not furnished, and the photos show what the scale is with furniture in it. PM me with any questions or if you're interested!
