About us:
My boyfriend Mike (28M) and I (26M) have been together for about 8 years. We just bought our first home together and chose this community because it is close to BMW where we both work overnight shifts.

What we are looking for:
We would prefer a roommate around our age that is LGBT friendly and somewhat quiet during the daytime because we work overnight and go to sleep during daylight hours. We would also prefer someone with no pets. My boyfriend’s parents have a dog that visits us every few weeks and we aren’t sure if their dog would get along with another dog or not. The dog is very friendly towards people though! I’m also highly allergic to cats so that wouldn’t work for us unfortunately.

Move-in date/requirements:
We would like to find a roommate as soon as possible. We are pretty flexible as far as the leasing period goes, but we will have to write up a lease agreement of some kind and get it notarized. Before move-in, we would also like to see some kind of proof of income. It doesn’t have to be a professional pay stub, but that would be preferred if you can provide one. On the date that we sign the lease agreement, you will need to bring your first month’s rent ($800) and a $500 security deposit. We will not check your credit or rental history, but you’re free to provide that if you’d like to.

Couples are welcome but $100 will be added to the monthly rent.
