• The house is pretty spacious — 2,000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms, so there’s plenty of room for everyone.
• We’ve got a washer and dryer, and the shared spaces are already furnished and set up.

• This is just for one room — not the entire house.
• Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

We’re two young professionals - Both of us are music teachers- living in a big, comfortable house in Greenville close to Downtown. We’re laid-back, clean, and respectful, and we’re hoping to find a third and fourth roommate who are also young professional and want a calm, tidy place to call home.
