- Shift-Worker Ready: Outfitted with high-quality blackout
curtains—perfect for day sleepers or medical professionals.
- The Bathroom: Access to a full bathroom (this is only shared if
the second guest bedroom is rented out down the line).
- Access: Convenient front porch and back entry access.

🏠 The House & Amenities
- The Home: A clean, single-story, 3-bedroom house in the
highly desirable White Gables neighborhood.
- Shared Spaces: Full access to a comfortable living room and a
premium kitchen equipped with a brand-new Bosch
refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher.
- Laundry: Separate laundry area with a brand-new LG washer
and dryer.
- Outdoor Space: Fully fenced-in backyard with a large dog
door. On-street parking is readily available right in front of the
house.
- White Gables Perks: Free access to incredible community
amenities, including a massive swimming pool, tennis &
pickleball courts, walking trails, and fishing ponds.

🐾 Household Vibe & Pets
- Current Occupants: You will be sharing the home with the live-
in landlord—a laid-back, respectful female professional—and
three incredibly friendly, low-key dogs (two pugs and a
Coonhound).
- Pet Policy: Must love dogs! Bringing your own dog companion
is welcome.
- Household Culture: Clean, quiet, and peaceful. This is an
inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly, and retirement-friendly women-
only living space.

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Female preferred (Working professionals or healthcare travelers
preferred)
- Non-smoker (Outdoor smoking is perfectly fine)
- Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
- Background check, credit check, and personal/professional references required

Rent: $1,250 / month (All bills included)
Deposit: First, last, and security deposit
