2 Private Rooms available in Cane Bay Summerville

Hello all. I will have two rooms available to rent out starting around the end of June or early July timeframe. This is a brand new townhome with brand new appliances throughout the home to include washer and dryer. The rooms are unfurnished right now and the pictures that show furnishing merely represents what the room could look like.

I don’t care about your gender or age so much as I care if you’re a good fit for the home. My good friend Jessica will tell you I don’t care if you’re a girl or not. It’s important to me that you’re clean, respectful of others, and are able to pay the rent asked. The rooms will share a bathroom. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the home. I don’t have a fence so I’m sorry but no pets at this time.

Rent is $900/month flat with a security deposit of $500. Refundable deposit if no damage to the room to include the carpeting. Flexible lease options. Just tell me how long you’re thinking of staying and maybe we can discuss further.
