Hello all, I’m hosting tours until the room is filled. I only have one more room available to rent out starting July 1st. This is a brand new construction townhome with all new appliances throughout the home to include washer and dryer. The room is unfurnished right now. The picture showing furnishing merely represents what the room could look like but was pulled straight from the website before I bought the home. This means it clearly shows how spacious the room is.

I don’t care about your gender or age so much as I care if you’re a good fit for the home. My good friend Jessica will tell you I don’t care if you’re a girl or not. It’s important to me that you’re clean, respectful of others, and are able to pay the rent asked. You will share a bathroom with one other person. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the home. I don’t have a fence so I’m sorry if that is a deal breaker but no pets at this time.

Rent is $900/month flat with a security deposit of $500. Refundable deposit if no damage to the room to include the carpeting. Flexible lease options. Just tell me how long you’re thinking of staying and maybe we can discuss further.
