Hi! I’m renting out a room in my home located at 109 Shamrock Dr in Summerville, SC.

The home is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house and sits on about half an acre, so there’s a large backyard to enjoy. It’s in a great location—very close to Azalea Square, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everyday essentials.

Access to washer and dryer

The room comes furnished with a dresser, two bedside tables, and a very clean double-sized mattress. It also includes a 32-inch Roku smart TV, and you’re more than welcome to use my Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ subscriptions.

Please note: the home has one bathroom, and it is shared.

A little about me: I’m a 28-year-old single male and a veteran. I’m very clean and neat, easygoing, and straightforward. I keep a simple, respectful household and am looking for someone with a similar mindset. I also have my 2-year-old child every other weekend, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that arrangement.

I do have one dog—a Catahoula Leopard Dog. She is a super sweet dog and very friendly, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a dog.

This would be a great fit for someone who is responsible, clean, and looking for a quiet, relaxed living environment.
