Hi! My name is Ashley, I’m 29 and I’m looking for a roommate for a room in my home. The room comes furnished and is located right next to the washer and dryer. The house also has a shared living room, kitchen, and laundry area. The bathroom is located in the hallway and would primarily be used by the roommate, though it may occasionally be used if guests are over.

A little about me: I live a pretty peaceful but busy life. I work, go to the gym, play video games, and I also do nails and create nail content. I keep my home clean and would like someone who is also clean and respectful of shared spaces. I do have two dogs, so unfortunately no additional pets unless they're a service animal.

I’m looking for someone responsible, chill, and who enjoys a calm home environment.

Rent is $1300/month utilities included. Security deposit required. 6-month lease.
