This newly designed home is located only 5 miles from Boeing(Summerville) and 8 miles from Charleston Naval Base, and 10 miles from the Boeing North Charleston(Airport). It is located off of Ladson road, 2 miles from Palmetto Commerce and minutes away from Walmart. It has a big living room on the first floor and a huge bedrooms on the second floor. If you're looking for month to month, short, or long term renting options this is the perfect place. Utilities(cable, internet, and electric water/sewer are included in the rent. Refer a friend discounts are available as well. Ask landlord for details. Rent for the bedrooms are $1000-$1100 month to month. I require a security deposit of $500 and first month of rent upon start of leasing contract. I don't allow pets. I will not respond to emails.
