Hello everyone! I'm renting out a bedroom in my two story townhome available ASAP. Just to be clear, I'm renting out a 2 bedrooms with 1 other roommate staying in the others. The rent is $1100/month and $950/,month plus utilities. The room includes a spacious walk-in closet and shared bathroom. If interested, the application fee is $47, which covers criminal background and credit checks. If approved, the application fee will be credited towards the first month’s rent. The security deposit is the monthly rental amount and will be paid back upon ending of the lease. There is parking; the garage, driveway, and street parking. No pets allowed! Ideally looking for longer term rental with the minimum being 6 months. Please advise if this something you're still interested in and we can schedule a showing this week!
