Private furnished bedroom with your own bathroom in a two-bedroom apartment at Plantation Flats in North Charleston. Rent is $895/month plus a share of utilities, with a $500 security deposit. Parking is available, and the apartment is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and other everyday essentials.

The household is laid-back, clean, and respectful. I'm looking for a responsible roommate who pays bills on time, keeps shared spaces reasonably clean, communicates directly when something needs to be handled, and respects each other's space. I'm friendly and happy to chat or hang out when it happens naturally, but there's no expectation that roommates need to spend their free time together.

I have a cat who lives in the apartment, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a cat, but I'm not looking to add additional pets.

The room is available September 7. This is intended as a longer-term living arrangement rather than a short-term rental. A prior landlord reference will be requested, and any roommate must complete and be approved through the apartment community's application process before moving in.

The goal is simple: a relaxed home where both people can live their own lives, communicate like adults, and feel comfortable coming home.
